Rest In Peace Whitney Houston

I woke up this morning, went onto Twitter & checked my Blackberry as I usually do & I see some dreadful news floating around my updates and on my timeline on Twitter. I'm hoping this is a dream... sadly its not. Whitney Houston a highly adored pop singer died on Saturday night. No-one knows the real COD (Cause of Death) but there is a lot of speculation, most of it being around suicide. I don't care that she was a drug addict, she was still someone I adored - her talent was amazing and put it to good use. No-one is perfect and who am I to judge someone else, I'm not God and neither are you. She had such grace, elegance and style - she was an icon to many & hopefully will continue to be.


I think its so sad that people are only appreciated and their talent recognised once they are no longer with us. I for one want to be recognised whilst i'm alive !
